I must say that when it comes to my family's health, it is my number one priority. I made sure that what they put in their mouths are healthy foods that will benefit their health and well being. We avoid things that can makes us sick; that is why we don't drink alcoholic beverages, smoke cigars, fatty foods and so on. We don't take anything that is not good for our body for we believe that our body is a temple.
