If you are bored with dry hamburger, you should try this recipe I got from allrecipes.com. It is juicy and very tasty burger I have ever eaten! Try it for yourself and you will know what I mean. My husband and son absolutely love it!
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Preheat grill for high heat.
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic using your hands.
Form the mixture into 8 hamburger patties.
Lightly oil the grill grate.
Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done.

ill try this sis on one of these days. i havent had burgers in months, hehe. im not wild about the grease and stuff coz kabuhion dayon ko but hubby loves burgers so i might make this one for him.
