I just celebrated my birthday two weeks ago and I feel like I an getting old. My friends keep telling me that age is all in our mind and that I still look younger than my age. I kind of believed it because I am not tall; just a typical Filipino that stands 5 feet even or a little bit taller. And most people thought we are younger than our age because of our height. But despite of those kind words, I still feel like I am aging. Yup, my skin doesn't look old or has wrinkle on it...but someday I'll have wrinkles and will be overweight if I don't take care of my over all physical health and well being. I am a person who is happy with who I am and how I look. And I worry not about getting wrinkles because of my age. Yup, we get older every year and so does our skin.
