Preventing loss at work is important, but it's not the only aspect to preventing loss during the current economic situation. Being smart around the house can help save some money as well. Here are a few ways to keep your household budget under control.
Put on a Coat
Wear an extra layer instead of turning up the heat when it's cold outside (or don't turn it up as much as usual). Try cooking dinner in the oven, which will give off ambient heat and help warm the house. Also, with the changing seasons, take advantage of cooler nights by opening windows instead of using the A.C.
Hug a Tree
Many times, being friendly to the environment can also be friendly to your budget. Buying energy-saving light bulbs and higher efficiency appliances when they are needed will pay off in energy bills in the long run.
By planning out weekly or monthly menus, grocery shopping is farm more effective and less goes to waste. Now is a great time to buy in bulk and stock up on food storage. And don't forget to check out the coupons available for stores in your area. Lots of places are conscious of customers' needs and are giving more opportunities for savings.

THIS IS TRUE and VERIFIED ON SNOPES.COM
Recently, someone had to have their 5-year old German Shepherd dog put down due to liver failure. The dog was completely healthy until a few weeks ago, so they had a necropsy done to see what the cause was.The liver levels were unbelievable, as if the dog had ingested poison of some kind. The dog was kept inside, and when he's outside, someone's with him, so the idea of him getting into something unknown was hard to believe. My neighbor started going through all the items in the house. When he got to the Swiffer Wetjet, he noticed, in very tiny print, a warning which stated "may be harmful to small children and animals." He called the company to ask what the contents of the cleaning agent are and was astounded to find out that antifreeze is one of the ingredients (actually, he was told it's a compound which is one molecule away from antifreeze.) Therefore, just by the dog walking on the floor cleaned with the solution, then licking its own paws, it ingested enough of the solution to destroy its liver. Soon after his dog's death, his housekeeper' s two cats also died of liver failure. They both used the Swiffer Wetjet for quick cleanups on their Floors. Necropsies weren't done on the cats, so they couldn't file a lawsuit, but he asked that we spread the word to as many people as possible so they don't lose their animals. This is equally harmful to babies and small children that play on the floor a lot and put their fingers in their mouths.

March is National Noodle Month.
To celebrate, we’ve compiled a few fun facts:
- Noodles can be traced back to the Etruscans in the fourth century B.C.
- In the U.S., 84 percent of Northeasterners eat pasta on a weekly basis, compared to 70 percent of Southerners.
I just think it is very interesting. I never heard of noodle month before have you?

Pop corn popping on the Apricot tree.
Spring has brought me such a nice surprised
Blossoms popping right before my eyes.
I can take an armful and make a treat,
A pop corn ball that would smell so sweet.
It wasn't really so, bit it seems to
Popcorn popping on the Apricot tree.

I can't swim, but I love boating :-). I miss the time when I was single where my friends and I go to the beach and then enjoy boating. It is very interesting to me to see different stuffs under the water. Anyway, boating is like driving. You don't drink alcohol and then and drive, the same goes with boating. It can be very dangerous as well all know...plus it is against the law. What I means is that Boating OUI is just as dangerous and as illegal as drinking while driving a car. Alcohol is more dangerous on water than on the road. It affects your visualization, dexterity, sense of balance as well as your judgment. And those are the good reasons why you shouldn't operate a boat when you are drunk. Alcohol indeed affects people in different ways you can imagine. Basically, alcohol totally slows down reaction as well as impulsive reaction time that can cause an inner ear disturbance, thus affects equilibrium. In the state of Arizona, they strictly implement BUI boaters...just like in most states. I have embedded a video below so you can see what I am saying here. What I am also saying is that boating can be very enjoyable and more fun when you are not under the influence of alcohol. And just like driving, when boating you also shift, so you really need to pay close attention for it can be noisy, too! Do you know that sun and wind affects your visualization? Yes, it is! So, if you are planning to go boating, be very careful...remember , don't drink and boat!

He became a priest, and expressed his desire to return to Irish soil so he could preach the faith throughout the island. However, a different Patrick was chosen by the bishop to go to Ireland, but historians maintain that he never made it across the turbulent Irish Sea.
Finally, Patrick got his wish, and his mission in Ireland lasted for 30 years. Afterward, Patrick retired to County Down. He died on March 17 in A.D. 461. That day has been commemorated as St. Patrick's Day ever since.St. Patrick's Day was first celebrated publicly in Boston in 1737. The international celebrations then became increasingly common after the great potato famine forced huge numbers of Irish folk to America, Australia, and Europe.
Nowadays, the festivities are more of a secular celebration, but it is actually a religious feast day that falls during Lent. Custom has it that fasting was set aside for one day to allow the nation to celebrate their culture and rich harvest.

They went and listen with the staff there telling story about turtles; and afterward, they made turtles out of paper plate. Jake wouldn't leave the water pond playing with water and toy boats...as well as the sand box.
