The Reliable Hostgator

Last week, a friend of mine was asking me what web hosting I use in my six blogs. I told her that it is the same company I used for the passed three years. The renewal fee does not change since I started blogging. I am very satisfied with the web hosting I chose. Her experienced on the other hand is different that mine. The web hosting she uses had jacked up the renewal price and she wasn't very happy with that and plans to transfer to a more reliable and cheap web hosting fee. I can't blame her for that. Anyway, she is not sure yet which web hosting company she would use.

Back when I was still looking for a reliable webhosting company, I did some research to make sure that the web hosting I was going to see would give my website needs. I read reviews with different web hosting company and one of them was the hostgator review. I read a lot of good things about it and was convinced that it was the best web hosting company anyone would want to. I bet my friend would be very happy to know this. She will surely check the website out right away.

Great and Quality Rx Glasses for Lower Prices

Money is very tight right now in our household since we have been spending a lot for our trip to P.I. this summer on top of the recent appliances purchased and dentist's appointments. I understand why my husband is experiencing a lot of stress. Trying to make our life less stressful is one thing I am determined to do. Him, being the only bread winner is not easy especially that he works on a graveyard shift. By doing online tasks help him a lot. Last year, I mentioned with him that my eyeglasses are due for a new prescription; he said that I don't need a new one since the one I am using is still working. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it that is why I just say "okay" and left.

A new eyeglasses would cost us at least $300 out of pocket and that is a lot of money! Right now, I am saving a little bit at a time for a new eyeglasses, and not even close to half of the that money. Good thing there is a place online that I came across with that sell a prescription eyeglasses for a very low price! At first, I was skeptical about it, but after reading testimonies from their customers, I was convinced that a $6.95 Rx Glasses is worth the try. Will definitely buy from them, that way I don't need to work hard to save that 300 bucks out of pocket....and hubby will be very happy because he can get a new Rx eyeglasses, too for his is also due for a replacement.

Going Back to School

Last, I thought of going back to school to take a CPR class and eventually get a certification for it. There is a nearby community college where it offers that class. I just need to go there to check the requirements to be able to be accepted. My purpose is to get a healthcare job at the hospital where I can work as a PCT, and one of their requirement is to be a certified CPR. I really need to do it before summer so when we get back home from our vacation to the Philippines, I would be able to start my course this fall. I need a job as well as extra money to help with our finances. I hope this course would help me land a job at the hospital.

Earn Passively and Have Fun

Nowadays, there’s more to going online than just browsing videos, playing games like boxhead 2 or connecting with friends through social networking sites. The World Wide Web has also become synonymous with blogging. Indeed, in the last few years, blogging has become an art that everyone else is trying to master. This being the case, each and every blogger looks for ways to contribute something to the blogosphere.

It could be in the form of a meaningful blog post or a humorous entry which puts a smile on its reader’s lips. The fact is you can never fully enumerate the reasons why most people spend time blogging. I have seen people who have turned their blogs into some sort of outlet; it’s where they vent out their frustrations, think out loud, voice their opinions and share their joys, heartaches, failures and successes. Then there are those who blog to earn a living. As a blogger, I count myself under both classifications – I blog to rant, rave and earn.

Truly blogging for money is the next best thing when it comes to online activities and a lot of people marvel at how fun and easy it is to make money from something they enjoy doing. Of course, it goes without saying that a little extra effort goes a long way. If you merely blog without looking into the wonderful opportunities you can partake of, it’s basically the same as saying you’re blogging for naught.

I’m not saying that your entire being should be centered on making the Internet a lucrative place. However, the opportunities are already there; you simply need to take advantage of them. So the next time you go online all geared up to play age of war, think again. Maybe you could devote a few minutes to start a blog and share your thought. Remember, earning passively can never be more fun than this.

Risk Of Smoking

We are all excited for our summer trip/vacation to the Philippines. I couldn't wait to see my parents and siblings again. My family are all excited to meet hubby for the first time. We haven't have a plane tickets yet, and here I am busy shopping for them. I would like to give them something they want that they couldn't afford to buy for themselves. My nieces loves chocolates and so I will be buying lots and lots of them. My brother needs cellphone and laptop batteries while my mother doesn't want anything but money they can use in time of emergency. I can't blame her. I would ask the same if I were her. The only wished I have is for my father to stop smoking cigars for it is not good for his health. My father has been smoking for as long as I can remember and we are worried he would lose his lung if he doesn't stop. I am also worried with my mother, nieces, brother and sister in-law for they became second hand smokers since. They are in danger, too!

Should I Give It A Try?

Every time I speak with my eldest brother over the phone he would always tease me how big I am now. He keeps reminding me to look at the mirror and see how much I weight I gained for the last nine years. He is worried and wanted me to take care of my health since I have been hospitalized many times. I know he is concerned, but I still get annoyed when he teases me. And that made me think of fat burners that I can take if I decide to give fat burner a try. Although hubby is against it, I still plan on talking with my doctor whether fats burner is safe for me to take. Being a transplant recipient, there are many things that I am now allowed to take and even do. If he says "nope" then I wouldn't do it...I wouldn't want to jeopardize my health. I would rather exercise, eat less and be safe for my sake as well as my family.

Did You Find Them?

One of the habit I have that is very hard to break is spending so much time in front of the computer. I do a lot of stuffs in my laptop from blogging, facebooking, reading about health, surfing and shopping online. As I always say, I am a self proclaim shopaholic. Reading from webmd, I can't help but notice a lot of advertisements regarding diet pills. With that, made me more interested to learn about the diet pills that leads me to ask this questions "what is three best diet pill on the market today? To me, finding these three weight loss pill is like finding needle in the haystack. Why? Because there are plenty of diet pills today and finding the right one will take time and money...they are not cheap, you know! But if you find the three, it would be worth the money.

I Am A Shopaholic

I love to shop, that is why when I say to hubby that I'll be out shopping with my friends, he always lease me saying that I should watch out for our budget :-); honestly, I don't really spend much for I only shop for the things that we need or necessary. I will shop for everything except for home owner insurance. I won;t eve try comparing home owners insurance quotes. This is not my kind of cake. So hubby is in - charge of this one. I wonder what would I do without him. He is good and patient when it comes to dealings with home insurance, health insurance and things like that. We complement each other that is why we are still together :-)....and I thank God for that everyday.

Decision, Decision!

The last time I talked with one of my cousin back, she mentioned to me how hard it was for them to send child to college when the only one working is her husband. They get help from her in-laws, but that wasn't enough considering they have four kids to support. They just had one of their kid graduated from a nursing course and is preparing to take board exam. They need money for that on top of the other son is wanted to be a lawyer instead of CPA someday. Anyway, he couldn't decided whether to be a Maritime Injury Lawyer or a Criminal Defense Lawyer. He needs to make up his mind otherwise he would take Accounting course instead.

Not A Computer Savvy

I have been using computer for eleven years now, but I can still say that I am not that good at it. Yes, I can send email, chat, blog, but when it comes to technical issues and stuffs, I still go to hubby for help. There are still a lot of things for me to learn. For instance, I need to learn how to design my own blog layout, put signature in all my pictures/documents and so forth. Had I managed web hosting, then everything about my blogs and internet usage would improve. I wished I could be like some of my friends who are very knowledgeable when it comes to computer and internet.

Watching the Conference on Lite Screens

At church where we belong, every six months we have this gathering called general conference where leaders of the LDS church speak to its members about God as well as counsel the whole congregation and members all over the world. Here in United States, we either go to Salt Lake and listen to the President in person or watch it live on tv or go to church to watch it in da lite screens projector. Since we have cable/satellite, we just watch the conference in the comfort of our own home. Every once in awhile, we join our friends at church. Hubby and I planned on going there one of these days. It would be a great experience for my little family to be at the conference building listening to the prophet speaks to us face to face.

Movie Night and Miniature Golf At Ennis

Last month, the Friers and us went to Ennis drive thru where we watched movie after playing miniature golf with our hubbies. We had so much fun. I never tried it before here in the U.S. We will definitely do it again once the weather warms up a little bit. Anyway, we've watched the Secretariat and the Mega Mind.

Peace of Mind

Who wouldn't want to get payday advance? I, for one would like to pay my bills in advance instead of paying late with interest. That is the reason why hubby and I never get into debt since we decided to be debt free! It is very comforting to know that we do not have to worry on late payments; we have peace and is free to do what we want to do and still have enough savings for emergency. Thanks to or church leader who admonished us to free ourselves from financial problem by paying out our debts on time. I love the feeling of being able to be of help to our family who needs financial support from us who have the means to do so.
