Appetite Suppressant

After I had a kidney transplant, my doctor prescribed me with anti suppressant medicines and one of them is a steroid that has the side effect that makes me want to eat even though I am not hungry. Because of the side effect, I gained weight. Now, I can't wear my small size clothes anymore and worst, I became diabetic. I need to ask my doctor whether appetite suppressant pill can help me with my appetite. I really need to do something about it before they put me into insulin, which is the last thing I want to take. I hate shots especially if I have to do it to myself.
