Omega-3 Fatty Acids For Heart Health

Fish and omega-3 fatty acids in fish are good for your heart. Higher consumption of fish and omega-3 fatty acids has been associated with a lower risk of coronary heart disease (CHD) in men. Also, among women, higher consumption of fish and omega-3 fatty acids is associated with a lower risk of CHD. That is why the doctor adviced my husband to take it for he is a little bit concern about hubby's heart and health in general.
