They have interactive shows where you can watch stuffs like alter your life, mindful living everyday. The way I see it, the meditation room where you will learn to do easy easy meditation and more. It is kind of reality shows on TV with real people dealing with stress on our everyday living. If you are one of those people, you might want to see it. She created this network to help educate people how to live life to the fullest without stress. Many people nowadays are living a stressful life and that include us. And I think it is worst than ever. We all need something to keep our minds out of trouble, but what can we do? With all the things going on around us, like recession, global warming, swine flu and stuffs, there is no time to do that.
