Pictures Do Lie!

Yesterday, hubby and I were excited about meeting with the loan officer to start the process of the mortgage loan. It didn't take much time as we thought it would be. I think it only took as an hour to process it and we were on our way to see the house we saw in the internet. Unfortunately, those photos lied to us. The moment set my feet inside the house, I was greeted by a bad smell. And as we continue touring the house, we saw many things that need to be done aside from cosmetics, and old carpet. For the price of $115,000, he house is not worth it (I thought) and the Realtor agent agreed, he even said we can make an offer for lower price. It is better to buy a new home built by KB home; for it is even cheaper than $115,000. But we decided to erase that on the lists of potential houses we want to see. We also decided to look for a newer one that doesn't need more things to be fixed. As soon as we find the one for us, we are willing to move in as soon as we possibly can. I couldn't wait :-)!

Waaaaaaaaaaa unsaon nalang! Texas housing is cheap, so be careful jud mo dear and its best to get a newer than the old ones and not to mention you have to spend so much money for tender loving care touch for the old house. You can do better with the $115,000 if you just look around, if not the exact price but probably a little bit more! Good luck!!!
